– cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
– 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/2 tablespoon chocolate or vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Optional:

Cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, espresso powder, coconut oil

Directions:

1. Heat a medium pan over medium heat. Include milk, cocoa powder, and chocolate extract. Blend the active ingredients together continuously for 5 minutes till thick and frothy. Switch off the heat.

2. Include dark chocolate chips to a heatproof (glass or metal) bowl, then put the hot milk mix over the chips. Blend the chips up until they melt totally.
