  • coconut cream (optional)

Preparation:

Warm up the oil, and add in your sweet potatoes, carrots, apple, and onion.

Cook until crystalized, which should take about 10 minutes.

Add in your lentils, ginger, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and broth. Bring the liquid to a boil, and simmer until soft. Blend the soup after half an hour. Simmer for a few more minutes, and add more water if the soup is too thick.
